How is my coffee posted?

Your coffee is posted by 1st Class Royal Mail. 


What happens after my membership period?

A short time before your membership runs out we will contact you and ask if you would like to continue.  If you would like to carry on your membership we will take care of everything.  If our prices or offer have changed we will give you the option to change your membership at this time.


How do I receive samples to help select the featured coffee? 

Samples are sent out on a rotational basis to the membership so you should receive a good few throughout the year. If you would like to taste specific samples then let us know and we’ll be in touch.


What if I am not happy with my coffee?

We will happily replace any coffee that you are not happy with in terms of quality.


What if I need to change my grind requirements half way through?

Just send us an email and we’ll amend your order in any way.


What if I want to cancel half way through?

No problem, we’ll cancel your order and refund any unused part of your membership.


Do you provide businesses with coffee membership?

Yes , we can set up bespoke memberships for businesses.  Please contact us and let us know.


What day of the month does my coffee arrive?

Your coffee is posted on the first Thursday of the month although as soon as you join the club we’ll despatch your first order usually within 3 days.


How ethical is your coffee?

We use fairtrade certification as out benchmark and make sure that all of our coffee is either certified or meets or beats these standards.  We also look at how the buyers have worked to build sustainability in the coffee region from which they are purchasing and look for coffees with great ethical stories.  We believe coffee should feel as good as it tastes.
